Job Vacancy for Salesforce - Experience Candidates

Qualifications: -Degree or Diploma in any stream. MCA / BCA would be preferred. -Any technical graduation and/or post-graduation in Computers. -Salesforce & Apttus CLM certified (added advantage).

Job Description: -Gather requirements from customers. -Develop technical solutions to business problems (beginning with defining, designing, analyzing, and documenting requirements). -Develop objects, terms, templates, contract language as per the customer requirement. -Understand the end-to-end implementation and provide technical/functional support. -Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targets. -Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities: -Logical Thinking. -Good Communication Skills. -Good hold on English is a must. -Sincerity towards work, ability to find and learn.

Skills: -A keen eye for detail and analytical skills. -Must be able to manage many moving parts and details at once. -Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing for work demands. -Ability to see the big picture” while managing several small projects. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others. -Should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable, and work under minimal supervision. -Experienced in working for large onsite & offshore teams.
